Parents and visitors to the school site, website or via social media will know that there is an enormous amount of school development. There are a number of reasons for this.

  • We are 2 years old and school development is constant, strong feature at Evendons
  • Staff, governors, children and parents are ambitious and the pace of development is fast
  • We are one of the most popular schools in the Borough and have grown (in class sizes and therefore children, staff, parents) more quickly than we originally planned
  • We are in the middle of a large-scale building programme and we review our organisation according to accommodation availability

The pace of development means it is not possible to update our original prospectus in a timely way. We are therefore working on this at the moment and will provide a new prospectus in a new format as soon as possible. In the meantime, we would like to ensure you are provided with all the necessary, up to date information, normally provided in the Evendons prospectus. You can do this by:

Updates

  1. KINDNESS MATTERS is the School mantra and is an important part of the School culture; it underpins a number of school policies and affects how we all behave
  2. The School building has been partially demolished to make way for a new building. This will meet all the accommodation needs of the School
  3. We are a STEM school and part of our vision for IT is that there will be a device per child; this is currently either a Chromebook or tablet
  4. Breakfast club runs from 7.30am
  5. Breakfast and After School Club (BASC) is provided by Energy Kidz
  6. Admissions policy update: please refer to the latest Admissions policy 2017-18 on our school website. There have been no changes to our catchment area but the founders child criterion has now been removed
